Youth and Children's Worker, St Peter's Church, Lutton Place, Edinburgh.
As part of our strategic vision, we want to expand significantly our Church's involvement with the young people and children in our congregation and from the parish. We are seeking to appoint a Youth and Children's Worker to lead and take forward this work. The appointment will, in the first instance, be part-time (20 hours per week) for three years at an annual salary of £9,000. Part-time Children/Youth Worker - Leith St Andrew's Church Edinburgh
Salary £9K+
This exciting and friendly new church made up of two congregations seeks an enthusiastic and committed Christian to take responsibility for our work with children and youth. This would involve leading Youth Club, Kids' Clubs, Scripture Union Lunch Club, supporting Sunday Club, worship, managing volunteers and initiating new events and links within the wider community. You would work 20 hours per week. Support is given by the Minister, Youth Convenor and team.
Applicant should have relevant experience of working with children and youth.
